In regular Myriad Kindler fashion, the track takes the listener on a journey—starting with intimate ukulele and vocals, then building throughout with strings, synths, and choir. The chorus opens into a powerful cry of all the fears that haunt the mind.
Recorded entirely in a bedroom corner, Nightlight blends folk-horror aesthetics with raw vulnerability, creating something that feels both haunted and hopeful.

The first chapter of the unfolding thirteen-track album That is the Question, this five-song EP was released monthly in 2023. Memo to M.E.M.

Released in May 2018, Memo to M.E.M. is a heartfelt musical letter to Myriad Kindler’s younger sister, celebrating her high school graduation. The title is both a nod to her initials and a palindrome—just one of the many thoughtful touches tucked into this journey of a song. It begins gently, with ukulele and clarinet representing brother and sister, then blooms into a rich, emotional arc: from tender beginnings to a grooving second verse, sweeping orchestral swells, and finally a joyful, foot-stomping choir. A celebration of love, family, and the courage to face the unknown—this is a memo meant to be remembered.

Released in February 2017, To Grow is Myriad Kindler’s debut EP—a genre-blending, story-rich collection that served as a first musical offering to the world. It begins where all things do: The Beginning, an a cappella piece reimagining a melody his aunt wrote for him when he was born. From there, the journey unfolds through bluegrass, dark folk, gypsy jazz, and groove-driven folk-pop. The EP journeys through hardship, temptation, and self-doubt, shifting between warmth and darkness with a playful yet heartfelt spirit.
